Wack-Town

Headed out on Waconia last night with Jay and his father Jack for some walleye action.  We started the night fishing bass with jig worms and boated about six or so.  Then we headed to a few different weed lines with some live bait and caught everything.....and I mean everything.  Sheepshead were the first to jump all over our jig and minnow combinations.  Then came walleye, crappie, bass, perch, and one northern about 10 pounds.  The walleyes ran on the small side but the numbers were still good.  The best bite was from about 8:45-9:45.  Jig and a minnow put all our fish in the boat.  Jay tried to fish a jig and leech but found that he was just feeding them.  Thanks fellas for the fun filled evening and I hope you enjoyed your time on the water.
