Full Flip

Stopped at Lake Mille Lacs on the way home from the NABC event and broke out the 894 GLX G.Loomis Flipp'n sticks. This is a short clip from our morning on the water. I was joined by Eric Schultz and as you will see, he puts on a hook set clinic.

The "Whip"

This is a short video of my new Ranger Z521 with a Mercury 250 Pro XS! Actually a short film of the view from my drivers seat running out the Boy River on Leech Lake during the NABC Championship practice. Only thing that could have made this venture better was walking away with the "W". We didn't manage to win, rather finished in a respectable 7th place. Leech Lake is an amazing fishery.

Day 1

Sitting in 4th after day one of the NABC Championship.  Weighed 18.08 today on 5 bass.  Hopefully can go out tomorrow and catch another good limit and give ourselves a chance to win.  This is a picture from today's weigh-in at Trappers on Leech Lake.  We caught all of our fish today flipping a Big Bite Yo Daddy in Easy Money color.  Crazy good flipp'n bait.

NABC Championship

Sitting on Leech Lake this week prefishing for the NABC Championship and the weather has been far from nice.  The first few days of practice it blew 25 mph plus and was rainy.  Today it looks like it is going to clear off, calm down, and maybe warm into the high 50's or low 60's.  The bite has been tough for me this week but hopefully can put enough together today to have a good tourney this weekend.  It is my fishing partners (Eric Schultz) b-day today so that should bring us some good luck.  I have a few photo's and videos from practice this week I have been trying to load but due to poor internet connection I can't get them uploaded.  Off to the lake for the final day of practice. Fish On!
